Easterrific Sunday

Easter Sunday is for Jesus. That is a universal truth. However, we cannot deny that we also look forward for Easter Sunday to do some egg hunting, especially the kids. Because of that, after attending an anticipated mass the day before, we came to Century Resort Hotel in Casino Filipino Angeles to hunt eggs.

Casino is like, just 50 steps away from our house. We saw the ad regarding the easter egg hunting while we were doing the procession last Friday.

The hotel is inside the Casino. We were stoked to see that the setting was really like that of a farm.

The event occupied the whole banquet area including the swimming pool. There were many activities for the kids. It was my first time to see a contortionist perform, and it really made my heart pound. Their acts were amazing. No wonder, they were included to the hall of fame of one of Filipinos' favorite show.

There were also games and stuff for the kids. Aside from the games that were being conducted at the banquet hall itself, there were circus-like stalls like balloon darts, and ball shooting. There were also face paint booths, ice cream stands and fishball stands, all readily available for the kids.

There were several activities prior to the easter egg hunting. Games, egg and cupcake decorating are just to name a few of the many.

There were also a lot of scrumptious food available in the buffet table. The buffet was actually divided into two parts- finger food and sweets. There were beautifully decorated cupcakes that really amazed me!

The actual easter egg hunting was fun! It was conducted according to age brackets. There were three categories, the 3-5 category, 6-9, and the 10-and up category. The kids really enjoyed the activity! After the hunt, the decoration turned out as real rides for the kids. Truly, it was a one of a kind experience for Shermel, Clarisse, Andrei and us!

xoxo,
Al.
